Payment Options
 

PLWC offers you convenient bill payment methods. Accepted payment types are cash, check, credit/debit cards, and automatic bank draft. A processing fee is charged to the card holder on all credit/debit card transactions. Payment is not accepted over the phone.

Did you remember to do the following for improved service?

  • Do not mail cash.
  • Sign your check.
  • Include your PLWC account number on check.
  • Include your payment stub (the top portion of your bill) with your payment.
  • DO NOT staple, fold, or paperclip your payment stub to your payment.

Automatic Bank Draft

Take advantage of the convenience and time that you will save by paying your utility bill automatically from your checking account.

Download and print the following Automatic Draft Authorization form or call Customer Service at (870) 239-7700 to receive a form by mail. Return your completed form and voided check or deposit slip via mail to the address on the form or by visiting the PLWC Service Center. **If your deposit slip does not include both bank numbers, please use a voided check.**

You will continue to receive your monthly PLWC utility bill showing your consumption level(s) and charge(s) for your records.

If you wish to stop the automatic drafting of your account, or, if you have any changes in utility account number, checking account number or change in banks, please report these changes immediately to the PLWC Billing Department by calling (870) 239-7734 in order to allow sufficient time to process these changes.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Drive-Thru Deposit Box (located in the circle drive at the PLWC Service Center).
  • Drop Box (303 West Court Street) in front of City Hall.
  • All Paragould Banks and Branches.
