PLWC announced in March that we would temporarily suspend non-payment disconnects and the deadline has been extended three times since that date. The last extension date announced was June 8th. That date is quickly approaching and we want to remind customers that your past due bills must be brought up to date or a payment arrangement must be worked out prior to the June 8th deadline. To discuss payment arrangements, please contact the Customer Service team by calling 870.239.7700.

Late April, PLWC announced we would be temporarily waiving all fees for Online Bill Payments until June 1, 2020 to assist customers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. To help with social distancing, PLWC will extend this date until July 5th, 2020.

PLWC has expanded the free community Wi-Fi locations and the days available for students and people working remotely. Find a parking space, maintain your social distance, and connect for free. Available until further notice.

Mid-March, PLWC announced we would be suspending all non-payment disconnects until April, 3rd to assist customers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. As the Pandemic is still affecting our community, PLWC will extend this date until May 10th. PLWC will continue to read meters and mail out statements. Customers should plan on paying what they can to avoid a large balance that will be difficult to pay at a later date. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Service Team at 870.239.7700.

As of 8am Monday, March 23rd, our temporary lobby with a walk-up window is now available by appointment only. This area is to service customers with utility connection needs. At PLWC, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and community is a top priority. As of 5pm Monday, March 16, 2020, our Service Center Lobby will be closed for the foreseeable future. We will extend our drive-thru hours for payments being Tuesday, March 17th from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. We will continue to service customers with utility connections through a walk-up window located in our foyer.

PLWC is continuing to service our customers as usual in our Service Center Lobby, and in home service visits installations. We are implementing new protocols to ensure safety of our customers and employees.
